Upon your arrival at the Guilin airport, our tour guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel in Guilin.

Guilin-Longsheng

Our English speaking tour guide will pick you up from hotel lobby in the morning.Then drive about 2.5 hours to the Longsheng County. Visit Yao Minority tribes’ villages and some local families.
The scenery along the way with its rice paddies, local villages and winding roads will provide an interesting drive. Longsheng Terraced Fields look like ribbons and stretch layer upon layer from the foot of the mountain to the top. Zhuang and Yao minority people have cultivated the fields using irrigation systems tracing back to the Yuan dynasty. Lunch is provided in a local restaurant which features local dishes. Visit the Zhuang and Yao minority villages to experience the unique ethnic cultures.

Today’s Longji Rice Terraces tour ends here and the guide and driver will escort you back to hotel.

Li River Cruise-Yangshuo

Our English speaking tour guide will pick you up from hotel lobby in the morning.First you will be transferred to Mopanshan Wharf where you can embark on your boat tour. Then you will have a memorable Li River Cruise. The section from Guilin to Yangshuo is the masterpiece of the Li River, decorated with rolling hills, steep cliffs, fantastic caves, leisurely boats and lined with bamboos, which constitute a fascinating hundred-kilometer picture gallery.During the cruise, you will have lunch on the boat.
yangshuo bike tourComing on a Li river boat cruise from Guilin to Yangshuo can be a great introduction to the clear rivers (aside from the rainy season, Yangshuo climate) and the impressive karst mountain landscape this region is famous for and a true highlight of your China river trip. Contrary to most beliefs, the entire stretch between the wharf, located 40km outside of Guilin and Xing Ping is breath-taking with literally hundreds of karst peaks towering up as huge dragon teeth from both sides of the Li river up the sky which makes one feel rather small, even on a medium sized cruise boat. While this cruise gets a tourist stamp, boats leave at different times in one long series and the 10 boats you may spot in front or behind only make up about 1% of the scenery composed of the river and the surrounding mountain peaks.
Li River cruise ends in Yangshou.After a short exploration to the old town including west street.Then,you will have a bike tour along Jima Road to enjoy the Yangshuo’s countryside views.Today’s tour ends here and the guide and driver will escort you back to hotel from Guilin.

Meet your guide at your hotel lobby at appointment time in the early morning,and then transfer to Elephant Trunk Hill.

Elephant Trunk Hill stands majestically in the downtown area of Guilin city, at the junction of the Li River & the Peach Blossom River. The name was chosen because the hill looks like a giant elephant dipping its trunk into the river. The green water of Li River in front of it and the clear spring at the foot make Elephant Trunk Hill one of the most famous hills in Guilin City .
Next, visit the Reed Flute Cave.With its location five kilometers northwest of the downtown of Guilin, the Reed Flute Cave is a brilliant cave marked on almost all travel itineraries.Inside this water-eroded cave is a spectacular world of various stalactites, stone pillars and rock formations created by carbonate deposition.The cave is filled with a large number of stalactites, stalagmites, and rock formations in weird and wonderful shapes. Illuminated by the colored lights, the cave looks like a dazzling underground palace. That’s why the cave is also known as ‘Nature’s Art Palace’.

In the afternoon, continue to explore the Yaoshan Hill.Yao Hill is the highest of Guilin’s city peaks. There’s an excellent view from the top, which you can get to either by cable car, or with a hike up the hill itself. The hike is worth it, particularly in spring when the mountain plays host to many wild flowers, azaleas being particularly noteworthy in March.

When tour is over, you will be transferred back to Guilin airport .
