Private 5-Day Xi’an City Tour

Day 1 Xi’an Arrival (Lunch)

Be met at Xi’an airport and transferred to downtown hotel.
Be accompanied by your  tour guide to visit Bell Tower, the emblem of Xian city. It houses a huge bell originally used to strike for time every morning in ancient times. Great Mosque and Ancient City Wall, an extension of the old Tang Dynasty structure boasting the most complete city wall that survives through Chinese long history. We will  stroll along the massive city wall. You can choose to ride a bicycle or take an eco-car along the wall (optional).

Day 2 Xi’an (Breakfast, Lunch)

Pick up from hotel. Visit Terra Cotta Worriors which is known as the eighth wonder of the world. Now it is a museum to display the terra-cotta warriors and horses which were made in Qin Dynasty. Qin terracotta warriors have guarded the mausoleum of Qin Shi Huang for over 2000 years. In 1987, the Mausoleum of Qin Shi Huang and Terracotta Warriors were approved by UNESCO to list in the World Heritage List. The Qin Shi Huang Mausoleum is the first and largest mausoleum in China.(built from 246 BC to 208 BC).

Huaqing Hot Spring, the palace covers an area of 85,560 square meters. Entering the West Gate of Huaqing Hot Springs, you will see the Nine-Dragon Pool, the Lotus Flower Pool and the Frost Drifting Hall. Enjoy Tang Dynasty show in the evening.

Day 3 Xi’an (Breakfast)

Pick up from the hotel. Take a day trip to Huashan Mountain.It is  once called the West Mountain in ancient times. Huashan mountain is a mountain located near the city of Huayin in Shaanxi province, about 120 kilometer east of Xi’an. It is the western mountain of the Five Great Mountains of China, and has a long history.Huashan mountain is famous for natural vista of steep and narrow paths, precipitous crags and a high mountain range. Its five peaks are the representative attractions and each has its distinctive charms: East Peak is the best place to enjoy the sunrise; South Peak has the highest altitude; West Peak is the most elegant; North Peak is famous as the Cloud Terrace Peak and Middle Peak is also called Jade Lady Peak.The Mountain is also home to several influential Taoist temples, where many emperors of past dynasties took part in Taoist activities and sacrificed to the god of mountain, making it a holy land of Taoism.

Day 4 Xi’an (Breakfast, Lunch)

Pick up from hotel. Visit History Museum, one of the main museums in China which holds numerous unearthed cultural relics of China. It is said that the history of Shaanxi is the history of China. The museum is worthy of visiting. Then, have a tour to Wild Goose Pagoda, the pagoda where widely renowned Master Xuanzang (Monk Tripitaka) stored his classics brought from India. And have  atour to  Xian Tang Paradise.

Note: During summer vacation (July and August), we will arrange Xian Museum instead of Shaanxi History Museum. Because it is so crowded and noisy in the History Museum at this time of the year that you cannot hear the guide clearly. If you insist to go to Shaanxi History Museum, please tell us.

Day 5 Xi’an Departure (Breakfast)

Transfer you to the airport for your departure flight.

It’s a heavy day with a lot of walking. So be sure to wear comfortable shoes and have a good sleep the day before

‘The quotated price is for a tour between 8 hours,additional hours are billed $15  per hour  for the guide and $15 per hour for the driver.
The itinerary is flexible,we can adjust it according to your personal interests/weather/any unexpected conditions

Child taller than 1.1 meter will be charged full price, child smaller than 1.1 meter will be charged half price.
