6 Days Lijiang Tour to Lugu Lake

Arrive in Lijiang, a small and quiet city newly constructed outside the ancient town, you will be greeted by your tour guide and transferred to hotel.

In the morning, take a short driving (0.5hour) to visit Jade Dragon Sown Mountain (cable car and green vans available in the scenic area). After lunch, visit Yufeng Temple and Lijiang Old Town. Concert of Naxi Ancient Music in the ancient town is available for your optional night show..

Today, take a long driving to Lugu Lake in the morning and take a good rest after the long driving for tomorrow’s visit. The distance between Lijiang and Lugu Lake is about 280km, and the bumpy road will take you about six hours.

Today, start your marvelous exploration in Lugu Lake area including a cruise on the lake, the isles in the lake and Mosuo family. Many cultural sites and scenic spots are scattered along the lakeside. They are Mosuo villages, plateau hot springs, the underground maze- Lucky Cave, the Chieftain’s Palace, Zhamei Lama Temple, Riyuehe – The Ruins of the Yuan Army Quarters when Kublai Khan was on his south expansion and Yongning – the key town on the Ancient Tea-horse Road.

Today, you will be driven back to Lijiang. On arrival, have a good rest in your hote
